About

Titan Lab started as a group chat where three friends kept sending each other App Store links and arguing about which racer had the best handling. At some point we figured the arguments were more useful than most of the reviews we were reading, so we turned them into a site.

We cover racing and arcade games first, but we happily wander into RPGs, strategy titles and the odd cosy simulator whenever something catches our eye. Every game on the site gets installed, played for several sessions, and put through the kind of use a normal person would give it on a commute.

Games end up in our catalogue for one reason: someone here actually enjoyed playing them, or found the mechanics interesting enough to write about. We don't chart-chase and we don't cover something just because it's trending.

The writing is deliberately personal. If a control scheme annoyed us, we'll say so. If a game surprised us, we'll say that too. You're reading opinions, not a scoreboard.
